General Warranty Information

Warranty period starts the day the product is delivered at your address. Warranty will be void if products returned are physically damaged.
Removing or tampering any of the warranty stickers/seals, or conducting any repairs or troubleshooting not authorized by TechDealsNow.com voids all warranty.

 

Shipping and handling charges are NEVER refundable.

 

Warranty does NOT cover Battery, LCD screen, Software, or Printer Toner/Ink.

Warranty Claim (RMA) Process

A Step by Step Guide

If your product is not working properly and you believe it should be covered under the TechDealsNow.com Warranty, here are the steps you need to follow. Keep in mind the warranty review process can take up to 7 days.

To start the Warranty Claim Process:

1. Contact us:
E-mail our customer service department at info@techdealsnow.com and describe the problem. Provide your customer information and the invoice or transaction number. Verify that the item is still under warranty. Service department will then submit your case to the RMA Department. RMA number will be issued in order to start the claims process.

2. Fill out:
Fill out TechDealsNow.com Warranty RMA form. Include detailed information on the problem and the specific symptoms. The form is available in PDF. TechDealsNow.com can also Fax or Mail it to you.

3. Pack it:
Place completed Warranty Claim form and merchandise into the original box for shipping.

4. Mark it:

Write the RMA Number on the outside of the package where it’s clearly legible. Also write the RMA Number on the shipping label.

5. Mail:
Return the box to us via FedEx or UPS ground.

 

Warranty Claims (RMA) Information

TechDealsNow.com customer service department must be contacted in order for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to be issued. All RMAs are processed with the unique RMA number.
TechDealsNow.com will refuse receipt of any returned products that do not have a RMA number clearly attached.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date issued. Products must be delivered back to us within 10 days of issuing of the RMA Number. Warranty will be void on any return products that are not received within 10 days.

 

All items returned will be tested, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped. Items returned and not found defective will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
All TechDealsNow.com equipment and parts are warranted starting from the day the product is delivered to your address.

 

During the warranty period, TechDealsNow.com's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at TechDealsNow.com's option, upon receipt of proof of purchase, repair or replacement of products that prove to be defective.

 

This policy may not be altered or amended in any manner, and buyer by placing an order of items described herein accepts and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein. TechDealsNow.com Warranty does not cover damage caused by the misuse, abuse, accident, disaster, fire, flood, water, wind, lightning, and acts of God. All items designed to fail in order to protect the equipment, such as power and/or lightning suppressors are excluded from the warranty.
Removal of the serial number sticker/seal will void TechDealsNow.com Warranty. Except as herein expressly set forth and to the maximum extend permitted by applicable law, TechDealsNow.com or any of its employees and sales agents shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage to the equipment. TechDealsNow.com does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. TechDealsNow.com will not be for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, TechDealsNow.com is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase under this agreement. TechDealsNow.com makes no other warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

 

TechDealsNow.com ships most of orders within 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges, if the shipment is refused or undeliverable. If item was damaged during the shipping, buyer must contact TechDealsNow.com within 72 hours. Shipping, handling, transaction, payment processing, labor/service, and insurance fee are non-refundable under any circumstance.

 

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Only TechDealsNow.com RMA department may issue RMA numbers. Buyer must contact TechDealsNow.com’s service department by e-mail to request RMA number. TechDealsNow.com RMA department will issue RMA number by e-mail within 3 business days, if the buyer presents all required information (invoice number, invoice date, serial number, and problem description). RMA number is valid for 10 days. If the buyer does not return the item within 10 days, RMA number will be void. Any items returned to TechDealsNow.com with a RMA number older then 10 days, the item may be refused and return back to the sender. Shipping cost and insurance for warranty service items are the buyer's sole responsibility. TechDealsNow.com is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during return shipment. Warranty on all returned items that have been mishandled or physically damaged is void. Shipping, handling, transaction, payment processing, labor/service, and insurance fee are non-refundable under any circumstance. If item was damaged during the return shipping, buyer must contact the carrier to report damage claim.

 

TechDealsNow.com is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information.

Refurbished items can show minor wear on the outside from normal usage. All products are tested and in good working condition.
